Description

For split systems and heat pumps

Technical Information:
Bare copper pipe dimensions (mm): 22.22 x 1 (7/8’’)
Total dimensions with insulation (mm): 42.22
Insulation thickness (mm): 10
Nominal working pressure (ASTM B111M) (MPa): 5.08
Nominal burst pressure (MPa): 20.47
Operating temperature range: -80°C + 98°C

Its main characteristics are: excellent elasticity, flexibility and high resistance to the diffusion of water vapor, which allows avoiding the formation of condensation on the surface of the pipe, when fluids with temperatures lower than room temperature are transferred inside the pipe.

These pipes are suitable for the transfer of refrigerant gases such as R407/C, R410/A, and R32.
They are coated with a low-density, closed-cell polyethylene foam sheath of appropriate thickness, treated with an extruded, white, embossed PE-LD outer film, which provides additional mechanical protection and an aesthetically pleasing appearance. The material is non-toxic, odorless, and free from chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs).
The main features of the insulation sheath are excellent flexibility, bendability, and high resistance to water vapor diffusion, preventing condensation on the pipe surface when transporting fluids at temperatures lower than room temperature.
