Pre-insulated coupled copper tube produced in compliance with current regulations The copper pipe complies with UNI EN 12735-1:2020 “round copper pipes for air conditioning and refrigeration systems” and is made of a CU-DHP alloy, annealed in phosphorus deoxidized rolls, with a minimum copper content of 99 .9% and phosphorus between 0.015% and 0.040%.
Based on the aforementioned elements, the copper pipes of the “BIPOLAR” product are suitable for the passage of refrigerant gases such as R407/C, R410/A and R 32. Covered with a low density closed cell expanded polyethylene sheath, of suitable thickness, finished with an extruded external film, made up of white, embossed PE-LD, which gives the product further mechanical protection as well as an aesthetic finish, it is non-toxic, odorless and free from chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs).

Its main characteristics are: excellent elasticity, flexibility and high resistance to the diffusion of water vapor, which allows avoiding the formation of condensation on the surface of the pipe, when fluids with temperatures lower than room temperature are transferred inside the pipe.These pipes are suitable for the transfer of refrigerant gases such as R407/C, R410/A, and R32.
They are coated with a low-density, closed-cell polyethylene foam sheath of appropriate thickness, treated with an extruded, white, embossed PE-LD outer film, which provides additional mechanical protection and an aesthetically pleasing appearance. The material is non-toxic, odorless, and free from chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs).
The main features of the insulation sheath are excellent flexibility, bendability, and high resistance to water vapor diffusion, preventing condensation on the pipe surface when transporting fluids at temperatures lower than room temperature.
