Types of Delivery
You can order products from our online shop 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Just choose the delivery method that suits you best and we will handle the rest.
Delivery options:
1. Collection at our warehouse – FREE
Our warehouse address is Ganību dambis 27 k-6, Riga, Latvia
When your order has been successfully completed, we will inform you by text or email.
Orders must be collected within 3 days by prior arrangement.
2. Delivery by courier: Goods will be delivered to your adress.
Your order will be placed for delivery within 1-3 working days after the payment is received in our bank account.
For courier delivery, your order will be delivered to the front door of your house at the specified address in your order.
* Orders are not delivered to places where vehicles are not allowed to stop. In these cases, please specify .
Return
The buyer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods (the right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity).
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must submit a withdrawal form, which can be found here: (link to withdrawal form), and send it to the email address info@havenpoint.eu within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Return options:
- Free of charge – to our warehouse at Ganību dambis 27 k-6, Riga, LV-1005 – after agreeing on the return time.
- By delivery to our warehouse address – all costs related to the return of goods are borne by the buyer, except in cases where the reason for the return is damaged or incorrect/defective goods.
The buyer must return the goods to the online store without delay, but not later than 14 days after submitting the withdrawal form to the online store. Upon receiving the returned goods (in person on by mail), the online store will refund the payments made by the buyer under the Distance Contract without delay, but no later than 14 days.
